Hi Sourabh,
Although, as Shiksha is an education portal which believes in giving unbiased guidance, it would not be fair on my part to give you my personal opinion but as far as IIPM is concerned, it is neither AICTE nor UGC approved it's degree is through some MS University in Tamilnadu, so technically speaking it is distance learning programme.
For other things like, placements, infrastructure, study material etc. , I would suggest you to visit the institute and get the first hand information by interacting with the current batch students and faculty members, also try and take few of the alumnae contacts.

Hi Pradeep,
Agreeing to what Suryap said Executive MBA definitely has more value than Distance MBA but yes most of the Top Institutes providing EMBA would require 5+ years of Work Experience. However, the second option for you could be a Part time MBA through a decent Institute like FMS, Fore school of Management, MDI, IMT, Welingkar, IIT etc.
