Yes, if you fulfil the eligibility criteria for a particular job then you may surely get job abroad.
In order to get job abroad, you need to first of all find out the job opening in the area of your interest, and the best source for this are newspaper and job portals.

You may go for MS in abroad or can go for MBA in reputated institution like IIM. I think MBA will the best PG course after your B.tech. You will get too many openings for jobs in national, international, public or private companies.

Hi,
Both are different fields and incomparable. If you are from M.C.A background, then go for M.TECH CS/IT. The degree will help you to upgrade your skills in order to hold higher positions in the organization.
CS or I.C.W.A is not advisable since it is way too different from your present academia.
Besides, you can even plan for MBA as that would be an added advantage and will certainly help you grow in the corporate.

Dear Swarla, why you want to get away from engineering is beyond my comprehension and even more peculiar is your quest for M.A. Any way, you may seek to pursue MBA or prepare for IAS/IPS, if you want non-engineering career.

Hi,
Nursing is a good option, there are many good universities in Canada which offers undergraduate and graduate degree in nursing.
However, I would suggest that before opting for any course you must first decide in which field you wish to build your career and accordingly you can select the best course as per your interest and liking.
As a student you should give your 100% in whichever course you opt for, and if you do well then getting a good job with handsome salary should not be a problem.
