You need to check the curriculum of both the courses. I think you should opt for 3 continent MBA as it will help you in getting the global exposure. You can also pursue MBA in IB. credibility of an institution and its label in the corporate world is more important for getting good placement. There is always a word-to-mouth credibility across corporates about the certain institutions based on their recruitment experiences.

It's up to you, what your area of interest is and your aim, in which field you want to take your career, etc.
You have number of options to choose:
If you got good percentage, somewhere more than 85% then my suggestion is you should go for regular college in DU and after that MBA through CAT/XAT.
Or
You can go for professional courses such as CA/CS/ICWA along with graduation from correspondence.

It is more or less same, so you can choose any one of them. You can get decent salary package after the completion of PG from NICMAR (as per country standard), but if you opt for MS in the USA, Canada or Australia, then it will give you fruitful results.
