All IIM's do not count work experience. In IIM-B, relevant work experience is also given weightage. You experience can only be understood better in relation to your work profile. In your interview, you shall be asked questions in relation to your job, but if you could not answer it clearly then it can affect your score. If you are confident then go ahead with it. Documents will be your experience letter, which you get after completing your tenure with the organisation.
All the best.

You need to clear GRE and TOEFL exam. All universities have different eligibility criteria so you have to check it on their websites. They also need Statement Of Purpose (SOP) and recommendation letters as well. Your overall profile is checked before getting admission in any program abroad. Some of the good universities include MIT, Stanford, Harvard. SUNY is an affordable option there.
Best of luck!

Since you have already done MBA, just check the skill shortage list for Canada and see if you can apply for jobs. If not then doing a P.Hd is another option or may be a Diploma to get a job and then PR.

To get admission in TAPMI, you need to score 85 percentile in CAT, MAT or XAT exam. Like other B-schools, they also accept students on the basis of entrance exam score followed by the GD-PI. They prefer good academic record too.
