MBA in HR leads to human resource activities in any organisation. MBA in finance leads to finance functions of the organisaiton. If you have done B.Com, it would be better to go for finance if you do not want to opt HR specialisation.

MBA in aviation is a good course. But, in India its scope is very less, according to me. Therefore, it would be better to do general MBA in India. If no, you can focus abroad for the same.
