You need to first decide your interest. One can do ethical hacking after class 12th but you can also do it after graduation. After completing your graduation, ethical hacking will have more worth.

As far as I am aware, distance learning would not be an issue as long as it is from a recognized institute and you have 50% or above marks in aggregate in the undergraduate examinations. So you are eligible to apply.
