Yes, if you have completed a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) degree, you are eligible to appear for UPTET for the upper primary level (Classes VI-VIII). This is what IIM AHMEDABAD shortlisting criteria says-
As per GOI requirement, 27% of the seats are reserved for NC-OBC, 15% for SC and 7.5% for ST candidates, 3% seats are reserved for Persons with Disabilities (PWD) candidates.

Currently, you are running coaching classes, so instead of foreign language I suggest you M.Sc. in mathematics because it will help you more in coaching and you already have mathematics background. So, M.Sc. is advisable.
