B.Tech is an engineering course. MBA and BBA both are management courses, so obviously BBA is more suitable for MBA than B.Tech. But, if you do B.Tech I would suggest you to do M.Tech for further studies. Otherwise, BBA is more preferable.

Yes, you can. But, make sure you score as high as possible in CAT and when you get selected in GD/PI of any IIM's, give good explanation as to why your percentage dropped to 55%.
