Hello Vivek,
You can get a job in IAF, Army or Indian Navy. Besides this, you can work in DRDO, ISRO or any of the private companies who have either set up factories or are setting up industries seeing the push of the new government for 'Make In India'. Along with these, small scale industries are also coming up in the support of big companies. Thus, you can see, type of job will invariably be maintenance. However, if you are interested in research, then DRDO is the right option.

You need to appear for GATE exam. If you want to opt for M.Tech abroad, then appear for GRE and TOEFL exam.

Yes it is good to apply. Xime accepts applications of students having above 70 percentile. The college is good but a little strict and high on discipline if one can stay in strict regulations then its a good college.
