Hi Dinesh,
It's a low score. Whether you can study abroad will depend on your academic profile and the university. Your IELTS is low but if the university wishes it can give you a bridge course. You must check university websites and email them.

Post-graduation Diploma courses are typically a shorter duration than a full time degree and they also cost less than a Master's degree, in addition one can assume that a PG is for the introduction into a new field of discipline, whilst Masters is considered an advanced stage to the initial studies carried from previous knowledge. It is like PG diploma can be used as a building block towards the Master's degree.

If you have already completed a degree in M.Sc. (Mathematics), I do not see the point in getting another degree in Maths (Applied). M.Sc in maths degree holders would have the same scope even if you complete another M.Sc. in applied mathematics. The scope of M.Sc is very much demanding and you can gain a respectable job in this area after completing the program with good grades. After passing master degree in science, you can go for a research study in top organizations such as BAARC, ISRO, etc. You can also work in a government and private sectors in various technical and non-technical posts.

Hello Admit, For mathematics, practice is very important. And for that, you need to have a strong base and the formulae on your fingertips. For that, NCERT books would be useful at the early stage. Then, you may prefer the Arihant series for practice which would contain the questions of JEE standard. Tata Mcgraw Hill is another useful book which is preferred for many competitive exams. Using these books, you can perform well in the math section of JEE. All the best.
