67% is low for Canadian universities especially if you are looking for MS. Some universities do consider but it's going to be very competitive. You may to do some more searching on the university requirements, visit university's websites for entry requirements. Alternatively you can apply for PG Diploma courses.

The eligibility criteria is 55% and above from an English medium institute.
Then there's a personal interview. They ask you general questions. For instance, the interviewer aksed me the position of Rahul Gandhi and the Vice President of India.
Could be simple or difficult for you depending on your general awareness.
They'll let you know if you're selected on the same day.

Dropping a year to clear JEE demands conviction and dedication. To enhance your performance, I would suggest you to have good coaching as it would help you a lot.
If you decide to do self-study then the following books will help you:
1) NCERT: For getting a clear conceptual knowledge 9of PCM.
2) Physics: Concept of physics by H.C. Verma volume 1&2.
3) Maths-Arihant series and TMH Tata Mcgraw Hill books
4) Chemistry-P. Bahadur and O.P. Tandon
5) You may also solve as many questions as possible before the exam. The previous years questions will be of immense help to you.
