The Difference between IS & IT is, In IS, You be provided with "raw data". Which you process according to requirement as to become "Processes Information". On other part the technology (Software/ Algorithm / Data Design) which you uses to get those processed information is the work of IT.

If this university is UGC recognized or AICTE approved then you can apply for the desired program in UK . These are universities where you can try for the desired course:- 1. Cranfield university (automotive) 2. Oxford Brookes University ( Racing Engine Design) 3. Brunel University (Automotive and Motorsport Engineering). You can check the details on UGC website also.
