As you have good amount of work experience, if possible I would suggest that you should go for an MBA degree, although, advisable is that you should go for a full time program, but as you have 10 yrs of work experience you can also opt for Part time or a Correspondence MBA. With your percentage, it would be very difficult for you to get admission for PG course in Sweden.
In order to pursue post graduation in Sweden you need to have at least 55%-60% plus marks in your graduation.
However please do not loose hope, you can pursue post graduation in India and if you wish to study further than you can pursue phd.
