Although, advisable is that you should opt for a Full Time program from a decent University as it not only gives practical exposure but have a much better market value than the Distance learning program, but as you have 5 years of work experience you can also opt for Distance Education.
As far as the Distance Education MBA is concerned almost all the Universities take direct entry to the program, on the basis of the graduation marks and work experience, however, if you go for MBA through IGNOU you need to appear for Entrance Examination i.e. OPEN MAT.
