Kindly explain your query better as the same is not able to specify as to which course in Hotel Management you are looking for and campus for which institute you are inquiring about.
But assuming you are looking for the bachelor courses in hotel management, there are many institutes in India offering these courses and the admissions for these will take place on the basis of qualifying an entrance exam.

Get good marks in X ICSE Board ie you must score above 80%. In XI and XII you must go for ISC syllabus which will be easy for you. Here also you must score above 92% to secure a good admission in a reputed college of your choice. State Board syllabus is easy and you can secure above 92%. Learn from the toughest and achieve the best.God bless you.

you can also apply for mit college. it has regular mode and distance learning mode. you cna try for any one of them. it is also well known institute. one more university is there called down town. you will get dual degree MBA+PGDBA.

1) University of Maryland : http://www.umuc.edu/programs/grad/biotech_studies/

3) John Hopkins University: http://biotechnology.jhu.edu/graduate-education/ms-in-biotechnology/index.html
In order to get admission in the above listed universities, you would require atleast 1200 GRE and 101 TOEFL IBT or 7.0 band score in IELTS. Since you have 1190 score in the GRE, you are eligible to apply in the mentioned universities.
