Mukesh, if you are working as MIS executive then nothing better than to concentrate on your job and learn from your seniors. No certification course can teach more than that. I will be blunt to say that as a diploma holder, you can have clerical job only, however better you become in your field. Therefore, I would suggest you to upgrade your qualification to graduation through distance learning universities like SMU, PTU, IGNOU and Symbiosis. Best would be to pursue BCA and then MBA. It will take 5 years but coupled with your experience, your future would be bright and as you desire.
