Animation, MCAJ (Mass Comm, Advertising and Journalism) and electronics are three totally different domains and are not related to each other, it would entirely depend on your area of interest and career aspirations. Also as you mentioned about your interest in computer related activity, opt for courses like Animation or electronic journalism

To be eligible to write the Prelims for the UPSC exams which is now called as the CSAT, the minimum education qualification for the same is a graduate degree from a recognized University. CSAT consist of general studies paper to test the candidate's aptitude towards the services and knowledge about the world around.
To start preparing for this, you need to gather immense knowledge related to current affairs and this can be done through various sources of information including books and magazines.
Other than this you can also enroll with a coaching institute and start preparing for the exams.

Being in 11th standard it is quite early for you to look forward to write the UPSC exams. As for information related to the UPSC is concerned, you can definitely opt for the exams right after the completion of your graduation in any discipline from a recognized University.
To pursue a career in this one, requires to write and qualify the UPSC exams , which are conducted in two phases: Preliminary test (CSAT) and Main Written Test.
CSAT: It is an Objective type examination consisting of Two Papers that is common to all candidates from 2011 having special emphasis on testing their aptitude for civil services as well as on general knowledge.
Main Exam.: Those who qualify the CSAT exam are shortlisted for the Main exam. It is a descriptive (essay type) examination. The General Studies, Essay paper, English Paper are common to all candidates and with this a candidate has two optional subjects to choose from the given options and a language paper of his / her choice. After qualifying the test, shortlisted candidates are called for the interviews and then the final selection takes place.
