Firstly let me tell you that you have quite a decent score. With such a score, you will definitely get admission into a decent business school. As a student at one of Educomp's institutes, I would suggest that you try for their JRE Group. Switching a career would not be easy especially when you have a good amount of work experience in one particular field. However, if you are keen on moving from Sales to Logistics and Supply chain (which is a part of Operations) you can plan for an EMBA with Operations or Logistics & Supply chain as a specialization. If you dont want to opt for further studies then you need to find a job in the logistics & supply chain business and you may have to start from one step lower or you may not get the kind of package you are looking for.
