No, you can not use calculator in CAT, there is no minimum cutoff in CAT, as every Institute has a different cutoff but the higher you get the better your chances are to get into a good B-School.

first of all u should complete NCERT from 6th to 12th classes and go for any specfic book

You have the Masters in Management Studies (MMS) program, which comes under an University. These programs are the MBA programs. Coming to the (Post Graduate Diploma in Management) PGDM program, it is an autonomous program, offered by a lot of B Schools, including the IIM's. However there are only a few PGDM programs, which are considered equivalent to an MBA program. These details are put up on the website of AICTE.

You will be allowed to go abroad for training which would maximum be 15 days in duration. You would not go abroad to study your entire MBA which is of 2 years in duration. So to answer your question, no it is not possible.
