dear Hardev you did not mentioned the name of the college anyways i can say as you mentioned you have not appeared any CAT/MAT exam there are few universities who are taking students by their own entrance & some don't have entrance if you like mentioned me.

You should be looking at workshops, conducted by all the IIM's . All IIM's have a schedule of the workshops, listed for the full year. You can select the program, which is in tune with your career. Normally the workshops run anywhere between, two days to a week.
