hi Sunny, as you have done your bachelors and also you have about 2 years of work experience I would suggest go in for Post grad diploma in Operations Management. Also I would like to know that if you are currently working in Middle East why are you planning to go in for further studies in Canada. Are you looking in for Permanent Stay over there? If that is the case then definitely I would suggest to go in for PG diplomas as they cost less and also PR options are quite easy. I would like to know if you want to do Masters in this field. Post Grad diploma in Operations Management is available in Durham College and other colleges as well. But to give any particular options I would like to know what you have in mind.Do you want to go in for post Grad diploma or Masters. Hi Abhilash, in my opinion if you already have a registration with MCI(I believe the license is for 5 yrs - i think), and you come back within this duration you may not have to re register. And if you would like to pursue it abroad and would like to know if your university is recognised then I can give you a list of Indian Univ that are recognised in Singapore. Here is the list

In order to pursue Phd, from universities abroad, you need to first of all make a list of the universities that you aspire for, then send emails to respective course department, asking them to provide you the eligibility criteria and selection procedure for PHD students.
It may take three to six years to complete your PHD, depending on the field you select and your mentor.
The general eligibility criteria for PHD students are as follows:
In majority of the institutes, Master's Degree is an essential pre-requisite for a Ph.D.
It is important that you have good scores in common entrance tests such as English Language examinations like TOEFL or IELTS.
Internships or other work experience will add to your qualifications.
Ph.D. course work essentially includes research and documentation work. This requires large amounts of money. In addition to this, you have to consider living expenses for the entire duration of the course. The annual expenses of most Ph.D. students are about $28,000-$40,000 per year
