ITM Navi Mumbai is the best college in terms of placements as well as course structure. As ITM gives the students more of practical knowledge than theoretical knowledge. Yes, all the colleges that offer Bachelors in Journalism and Mass Communication/Media studies do conduct an entrance exam. The exam is basically a general aptitude test and consists of 4 sections including Quantitative aptitude (basic maths), Logical Reasoning, English Language and General awareness.

Sorry for the late reply. Your admission for M.Sc microbiology in St. Xavier's College, Kolkata completely depends on the entrance exam, provided you have 60% marks in B.Sc. The cut off changes every year.

Yes, it will be counted, but the quality of work will be evaluated. There are many roles within a BPO, and if you are a customer service executive then universities will check how far you went ahead to satisfy customer needs, how innovative you were. Challenges you faced, teamwork etc. So no job is underestimated but quality matters and you have to showcase.
