The Management Cadre of the Indian Railways consists of Class I and Class II Gazetted Officers. Direct recruitment to the Class I Railway Services is made through the Union Public Service Commission on the basis of the annual competitive examinations.
Recruitment to the Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS) and the Indian Railway Accounts Service (IRAS) is done on the result of the Civil Services Examination and that to the Indian Railway Services of Engineers (IRSE), Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers (IRSEE), Indian Railway Service of Signal Engineers (IRSSE) and Indian Railway Service Stores (IRSS) is made on the basis of the Combined Engineering Services Examination.

Well going by your profile I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years after completing your graduation and then opt for further studies.
The advantage of this step would be, you will know how to implement theoretical knowledge into practical situations, and while doing do so it will enhance your business acumen and understanding of the market.
As you are interested in real estate sector, so it would be advisable for you to work in this sector after completing your graduation and understand basics and dynamics of this industry, and all the experience which will gain here will be surly be helpful for you once you start your own venture.
Secondly pursuing MBA would be the best option for you after gaining work experience, as it will further enhance your knowledge and career prospects.
After working for some years you can yourself manage the expenses of your study.
