Both the course you mentioned i.e. MBA and M.Tech are good course to pursue and both these course offers good career prospects and growth opportunities.
Well after going through your profile, I would suggest you that you should work for 2-3 years after completing your B.Tech and then opt for further studies.
The advantage of this step would be:
You will gain relevant work experience, and you will learn how to implement theoretical knowledge in practical situations.
After working you will know in which field you are actually interested in i.e. if you are interested in technical field than you can pursue M.tech in same or related field
