BBA.
BBM.
BBA stands for Bachelor of Business Administration and BBM stands for Bachelor of Business Management.
Both these courses are taught in different management schools and some schools give the name as BBA and some as BBM.
Some other institutes give it the name Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and some other Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration.
BBA and BBM has more or less the same syllabus, the only difference is that in the case of BBM the candidates can take up specializations like HR, operation, finance, and marketing, but it is not the case in BBA.
After completing either of these course you may pursue MBA, which will further enhance your career prospects.

Instead of domain, specialization subject is more appropriate word. Any way, each field of specialization has its own importance and one can not be termed as best. accordingly, choose the specialization topic where your understanding and interest are there. During MS, you will have to really be involved with your project, therefore, take this fact also into consideration as which subject offers more ease of project implementation. In my opinion, VLSI in this regard will be more challenging and digital communications will be relatively easier.
Microwave and antenna design, satellite communication and optical fiber communication are some other specialization subjects for MS.

Yes of course you are eligible. Your 2 years gap would not be a problem if you offer a genuine reason when applying for jobs like personal problem, health issue, etc. I would advice you to be very confident while answering the above.
And also go very well prepared with the recent trends in the industry, it would increase your chances of recruitment. And as far as salary is concerned, that depends on your profile, skills and varies from one company to another. But yes, you can definitely expect higher then your previous package. Very carefully negotiate the same.

Both the course you mentioned i.e. MBA and M.Tech are good course to pursue and both these course offers good career prospects and growth opportunities.
Well after going through your profile, I would suggest you that you should work for 2-3 years after completing your B.Tech and then opt for further studies.
The advantage of this step would be:
You will gain relevant work experience, and you will learn how to implement theoretical knowledge in practical situations.
After working you will know in which field you are actually interested in i.e. if you are interested in technical field than you can pursue M.tech in same or related field, where as if you are interested in management you can pursue MBA.
So you can pursue either of this course as per your interest and liking.
As a student you should give your 100% in whichever course you opt for, and if you do well then getting a good job with handsome salary should not be a problem.
