Choose your specialization subject keeping in view the kind of career you want to have for yourself and the type of work of which you have some natural skills with you. For example, if you are highly technical or quality oriented then I would suggest you go for Operations or TQM. If you have inclination more towards the finance side then choose Finance. If you have plans for doing your own work later (like having an agency) or if you think you have good selling skills then go for Marketing.
