See if in the offer letter it is written just PGDM that means you are selected for main PGDM program because at Jaipuria we have several other programs like PGDM financial services, PGDM retail management, PGDM marketing( Noida campus). So if you are selected in PGDM then you are free to choose any specialization of your choice it can be marketing, finance, international business, IT, HR anything and you don't have to worry about choosing specialization because in the first year you'll be taught insights of every domain in order to clear out your confusion which domain to go for. NDIM is rated amongst the top-25 B Schools in India by various surveys including the Business World, Business Standard, AIMA.
Each college has its own strengths and weakness. It totally depends upon you to choose between the said colleges.

You have to visit university websites and research yourself for specific admission requirements. Admissions are not based on IELTS alone and if an university finds your profile strong they may accept you. Every program and University has different admission requirements. You may also be required to take a bridge course in English if the university suggests.

Its typical to change college but not impossible. If you have good marks in first year, it will be more easy to change. You just have to write an application for it & have to put genuine reason for changing college. If both the colleges agree, then you can.

To get admission in Sastra University, you will have to appear for JEE Mains. 70% weightage is given to JEE Mains and 30% weightage is given to class 12th marks.

JEE Mains is for the admission only in IITs or NITs but if you don't want to go to these colleges you may opt to not to take the exam and get admission on the basis of your class 12th result.
Currently, many colleges have closed their application form but you can go for colleges such as:
SRM University
Manipal University
Kalinga University
Galgotias University
UPES etc.

It's not a problem if you have a back paper. Try clearing it as soon as possible and maintain your percentage above 60% in graduation. Some companies prefer 60% throughout the career.

You have to focus on each section of the IPU Entrance Exam to obtain a good rank. IPU CET BBA paper preparation must include proper time management since candidates have much time to prepare for the exam.
