If you do vocation course in computer science in class 10+2 level, and if it is recognized by NCVT, then you can apply for Diploma in engineering and complete it within 2-years by lateral entry exam. The cut-off is declared after the exam and then only you can be sure. But to be in the safe side, aim for 120 I have kept that aim too.

The minimum eligibility criteria is you should have a minimum of 45 percent marks in class 12th to apply for WBJEE. Therefore, you are eligible to appear for B.Tech entrance exam. However, you might face trouble at the time of placements as most companies demand a minimum of 60 percent marks throughout for placements.
