As per the revised set of instructions by the Government, you can pursue two Bachelors courses simultaneously from different universities via different modes. Slot booking is the process where the candidates reserve a test date and slot for the examinations which are held in a window of multiple days. For the booking VIT University opened the VITEEE 2017 OTBS, on March 18, 2017.
The slot booking of VITEEE 2017 can be done by entering the Application Number and Password, along with security code. The slots will be booked on first-come-first-served bases. Hence, candidates must not delay in reserving the desired VIT Engineering Entrance Exam slot.

You will have to take CSE or IT to take computer for further education but as you say, you are not so good in maths then most probably you will get IT.

You have to pass your XII with atleast 50% marks from any stream to be eligible for B.Com(H).
Here, Maths will become a compulsory subject of Study at XII to apply for B.Com(H) in reputed colleges!

As the pattern has changed, you should have some tips, proper plan and a schedule.

The current average package offered at Welingkar - Mumbai is around Rs.8 LPA. If the market situation improves more and there are a lot of good quality students in the college, the companies are bound to offer them good packages. So, the figure might be around Rs.10 LPA.
Welingkar is not that famous for finance. It is better that you can try for NL Dalmia, if you really want to. It's one of the best B-schools in Maharashtra, especially for finance.
