To become a teacher for Primary level:- You need a D.ED diploma in education with TET entrance passed. After that, you can apply in railway or government schools with special examination given by the recruitment on official site.
For higher Secondary level:- You need a graduation + post-graduation +B.ED along with TET entrance passed. TET stands for Teachers eligibility test. After qualifying these, you can apply in private as well as state and central government schools of army, air-force, railway, public undertakings, etc.
Even with these qualification, you can option as a professor in colleges by your specialization subject, But, but you will need to clear these NET/SET examination of state or central level conducted by UGC (University Grants Commission). NET stands for Nation eligibility test and SET stands for State eligibility test. The syllabus study belongs to your academics study from graduation level to post graduation by UGC norms.

Campus Placements for the session 2021-22 saw some big names such as Microsoft, Amazon, IBM, Hewlett Packard, SAP Labs, Samsung, L&T, Arcesium, Wipro, Flipkart recruiting engineering students from Chandigarh University. A record number of 3750 engineering students were selected during the campus placements in which more than 240 multinational companies participated. In total there was a jump of 30% in number of total companies visiting the CU campus for campus placements of engineering students while there was jump of 70% in the number of core branch companies which selected the fresh talent. Moreover the total number of offers made to the engineering students also saw a rise of 60% in comparison to last year. Of the total 240 Engineering sector companies, more than 300+ MNCs offered pay-package of more than 5 LPA while number of companies offering package of more than 10 LPA touched 80+ this year. It is notable that the highest package of Rs. 52.11 LPA was offered by TOP Company.
