At these marks you wont be able to get any NIT. The cut off for NIT will be around 180 marks. You can try for other private colleges that conduct their own test like IP, BITS, VIT, Manipal, SRM, Galgotias

At these marks you would not get any NIT. However you can try for some other reputed private colleges that accept JEE main score like "Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of information technology", Nirma University, Ajay Kumar Garg Institute of Technology, Amity.
You can also try for other private colleges that conduct their own test like VIT, BITS, Manipal, IPU, SRM.
