Hello, The migration certificate is required to be submitted to the University as because the course would be conducted by the University.

At these marks you wont be able to get any government colleges, however you can try for oth er private colleges that accep JEE score like Amity, DA-IICT, Nirma.
You can also try for other private intitutes that have their own test like, Manipal, IP, BITS, VIT.

For a maharastra general candidate, last years cut-off was around 98.5 percentile. Hope for the best.

The only thing would be the ones having an experience will be having a little edge over you! but it all boils down to the interview where you have to prove your metal that's it.
