BSc CS is a three year Bachelor's degree awarded for an undergraduate course or program in the Computer Science field. Course is designed to provide basic inputs for a broad understanding of Computer Science. It is not a rigorous course. BTech CS is more rigorous course. Wit BSc CS degree it will be difficult to get admission in MS abroad where education requirement is 16 years education. With BSc CS you will get jobs at lower level because Indian IT industry prefers BTech CS as entry level qualification. You will have to plan education up to MSc CS for a good IT career.

It does not matter where do you work. Interview board looks at relevance of earlier work experience. If you can showcase your industrial learning and its relevance to management field , you stand good chance of admission in a good institute.

You must hold a bachelor's degree program while some universities may also require you to complete 16 years of education. GMAT or GRE scores are required for the screening process.
