If you really want to become a great fashion designer then don't restrict yourself to any particular location or state. Join the best college by doing proper research. To make your work a little bit easier, I will suggest you to take admission in Unitedworld Institute of Design in Ahmedabad. From Infrastructure to faculty to placement, everything is top notch. One of my cousins is studying there and she is really happy.

Yes, you can do that. I cannot suggest you colleges out of nowhere, you have to mention if you have any country preference. You must also mention your academic background, what is your percentage? Also, IELTS or TOEFL must be taken, these are English language tests to study abroad. You can share details for better guidance.

Two options that I can suggest are:-
1) I think you should go for a PhD from good colleges like the Indian Institute of Management or Department of Management Studies.
2) You can pursue Diploma in CRM-Customer Relationship Management / Diploma in BPO Management / Diploma in Supply Chain Management provided by one of the Reputed training Institutes like 'Orion Edutech' etc., which would also give an option of campus interviews.
