As you are already in your graduation 2nd year I would suggest you to work hard on it and try to secure better results, post with you may take up Masters in either of the subjects mentioned or masters in fields like Microbiology, biochemistry etc.
It all will depend on your area of interest and without knowing the same it may be very difficult to provide any relevant information.

Although, there is a huge gap in your studies, but you can try doing your HSC through NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling) and other open Schools in your state.
