As you are already in your graduation 2nd year I would suggest you to work hard on it and try to secure better results, post with you may take up Masters in either of the subjects mentioned or masters in fields like Microbiology, biochemistry etc.

Subham, Poly after 10th is a good option but if you are keen on going for engineering why do poly? An engineering directly after 12th / PUC is the best option. If you go for an engineering after poly, there are additional mathematics papers which you may find difficult. But after your 12th / PUC it'll not be much of a problem as most of the mathematics topics are already covered. But, if you are still intent on doing poly, i wouldn't discourage you.
