Prepare hard to get atleast 30 marks in GD PI now. This will take you to 44+30=74.
If you belong to any catagory/ reservation apply through various rounds of CET. Dont waste your options with top MBA institutes. Narrow down your search to the best available as per your marks. You can also apply directly to OCIHE, for Linguistic minority quota admission, if you belong to same. You can definitely try for OCIHE.

Hi,
First of all you would not find the combination of B.Com and MBA programme in integrated programmes option. However, even if you are planning to do BBA+ MBA programme there are not many Universities providing this programme, few of them are IIPM, Amity, gems B-School which are not very high rung Institutes.
Advisable would be that you go for your B.Com and after completing B.com you can plan for your MBA.
Hope this resolves your query. Feel free to put up more queries In case your query is resolved please close this question by choosing it as a best answer or pressing the thumbs up icon.
Thanks,
Pooja

Hi Payal, agreeing to what Mr Mathur has said the best would be go for PG in medicine. But if you pursue it from abroad, clearing exams and approvals can take long. Hence, you could go for MS Hospital Management as a second choice and MBA to be the last one. But if you wish to study in India further, then a clinical course is advisable.
But it again greatly depends on your interest. If you move out from clinical field then MBA and Hospital Management are good options.
If you like this answer then kindly mark it as the best answer or rate it thumbs up. Please feel free to post queries if you have any.
