As you have got a decent GMAT score, you may try for ISB, However, it would not be easy to get through, with the kind of percentage you have got but there is no minimum cut-off percentage. HiShivani, you have already specialised in Mass Communication. In which subject do you wish to specialise further.
In my opinion you should look for a job in the same industry if it interests you. Or else let me know the subject you want to specialise in so that I can give you the list of Universities.
Documents required to apply for admission- Class 10 and 12 marksheets and Passing certificate, sem wise or year wise marksheets, degree certificate or provsional certificate, Statement of Purpose, Letters of Recommendation(2), Work experience letters from all employers (if any), CV (if you have work ex ), A copy of your passport(1st and Last Page), IELTS ( 6.5 min for PG courses). IELTS can be submitted later on if not already written.
With all the documents mentioned above and along with filled up application you should your application to the University.

As per the education system in India, a BBA degree requires 3 years of study from a recognized (institute) University and single sitting is not considered as a valid option.
If you are keen to pursue the course along with your job and still gain a valid degree, in that case i suggest you to opt for Correspondence BBA instead of going for any single sitting programs.

Although, both the institutes are decent, but few of the things you should keep in mind while choosing between the two Institutes at the same level are:First and foremost the recognition of the Institute (the institute must be recognized by UGC or AICTE), Secondly, the course curriculum and the study material, the infrastructure, the faculty(their educational background), the placement, last but not least Institutes reputation in the job market for which you should visit the institute and try and talk to the current batch students and get few of the alumnae contacts as well. This will give you a real picture about the institute.
