As you have got a decent GMAT score, you may try for ISB, However, it would not be easy to get through, with the kind of percentage you have got but there is no minimum cut-off percentage. As per the education system in India, a BBA degree requires 3 years of study from a recognized (institute) University and single sitting is not considered as a valid option.
If you are keen to pursue the course along with your job and still gain a valid degree, in that case i suggest you to opt for Correspondence BBA instead of going for any single sitting programs.
