I regret to inform you that you are not eligible to pursue your studies in Canada due to the reason that your degree is a 3 year degree whereas the degree requirement in Canada is a 4 year degree of equivalent. You can either pursue a PG diploma of 1 year and then apply to Canada, or look for a university in UK/Europe/Australia.

Hi Adi,
As you have got a decent GMAT score, you may try for ISB, However, it would not be easy to get through, with the kind of percentage you have got but there is no minimum cut-off percentage. To give you more insight I am placing a link below of a similar query which has been answered by various other experts:

Hi Krishna,
As per the education system in India, a BBA degree requires 3 years of study from a recognized (institute) University and single sitting is not considered as a valid option.
If you are keen to pursue the course along with your job and still gain a valid degree, in that case i suggest you to opt for Correspondence BBA instead of going for any single sitting programs.
Institutes offering BBA through correspondence:

Hi Siddharth,
Although, both the institutes are decent, but few of the things you should keep in mind while choosing between the two Institutes at the same level are:First and foremost the recognition of the Institute (the institute must be recognized by UGC or AICTE), Secondly, the course curriculum and the study material, the infrastructure, the faculty(their educational background), the placement, last but not least Institutes reputation in the job market for which you should visit the institute and try and talk to the current batch students and get few of the alumnae contacts as well. This will give you a real picture about the inst

Do you want to hire from India? Then contact the specific institute directly since https://Shiksha.com is not the place to look for talent directly.
