I shall not say that the answer already shared is completely false but I shall advise you not to take it for granted. KUK does have a good brand name in the National Rankings. But the fine arts department, in particular, is good. For BFA, they are reasonably good and you may get good opportunities.

If you are interested in UPSC then arts stream is a better option because there are some subjects that are completely relevant to the IAS examination and other UPSC exams but there are only a few subjects or less topics are covered in the science stream that is useful for UPSC, but if you are a good student of science as you score well in the exam, I would suggest you go with science stream, you can do better and along with UPSC it open many other doors for you.

Both are good.
PGDM is an Institute autonomous program which is approved by AICTE.
MBA is a program which is affiliated to a University.
Colleges which offer AICTE approved courses will also offer PGDM not MBA, for example XYZ College is affiliated to ABC University they offer MBA course affiliated to that University, the same college is offering AICTE approved course it means they are offering PGDM which is not linked to ABC University.
Typically if any PGDM is to be equivalent to MBA then the course duration should be 2 years, a 1 year PGDM will not be equal to MBA course.
Even IIMs, XLRIs doesnt offer MBA degrees they only give PGP Diplo
