You can do Aeronautical Engineering specialisation after Mechanical engineering graduation also but I will recommend that you do B.Tech AE and then do super specialisation at M.Tech. You can evaluate IIT Powai, PEC University Chandigarh, IIST, Manipal university, Amity University etc. Amity has 5 year integrated M.Tech program in Aerospace Engineering and it is a very well recived in industry.
