Look, it is not the degree that will make the difference.
It is your knowledge and your performance that will make you stand out of the crowd.
Degree doesn't make any difference if you don't perform. So try to gain knowledge and go for the course where you think you can make a difference. You can better analyse yourself and take decisions.
In my point of view go for BBA+MBA.

I really don't know who told you this thing and how you have observed it. But let me explain to you that developing a software and software market both are a different thing. Think about the software you use on a daily basis, and tell me are you able to use any hardware without any software, today even your refrigerator is smart now, how?
