As you know we are all in a competitive world, everyone is trying their best. There may be some difficulty in first two cut-offs but I am sure, 86% is enough to get admission in DU. There are so many colleges in DU so make sure don't discriminate as it is north or south campus. Have a look on all college's cut-off.

Why did you joined BCA in the first place?
You can't get admission in MBBS without any entrance exam. The entrance exam for MBBS or any other medical entrance exam is very tough. All the government and non- government medical colleges take admission on the basis of entrance exams only. You have already lost 1 year instead of going for medical and spending a minimum of 5 years more. I would suggest that you go for BCA.

There is no "good" college which will give you admission with that score, as the cut-offs for top colleges like PUMBA and Indira are 95+ percentile. Better reappear for CET(or any other exam) and score good, rather than wasting both your precious time and hard-earned money by taking admission into a below-average college.

All books are sufficient for the student who wants to study and no book is sufficient for those who don't have interest in studies.
So if you can understand the language of the books easily, you can opt for them. But if you aren't able to understand, then go for Arihant Publications or Pradeep Publications.

Without physics, it's impossible. You have to calculate force at different angle at every stage. If you don't love physics, civil engineering will be quite tough for you.

Hi Vaibhav,
A minimum of 50% is recommended however class 12th scores carry less weightage, your admission will be based on the NATA scores mainly.

Hi Devasheesh,
What you should do next will depend on your interests and aptitude. Clearly, you are not quite strong in maths so perhaps you should avoid courses requiring strong skills in maths. Figure our what you like and what you want. As a PCM student you may pursue non-science courses too such as BBA, Design, etc.

Hi,
65 is not a good score in JEE Mains, but if you compare your score with others in your city, it may be approximately same. With your score, you can surely get an engineering college. Don't expect NITs or other government colleges, but you can get a decent college in your own city or maybe of your state. It's all relative, so you don't need to worry much. First, fill JoSAA application form, and also the form of your state counselling. There are also some private colleges, which offer admission through JEE Mains. You should also try some of the open private colleges, which take the open test like VIT, SRM, BITS and UPES. You may also

Don't take a drop as it's not necessary that you will always top. Go ahead with B.Sc-IT as it has a lot of scope for first year B.Sc. You can go to any normal college and score good marks in first year B.Sc and then, you can change in second year B.Sc to a good reputed college.
