Congratulations my friend if you are planning for engineering and also from lpu then yes you must be having a good choice and bright future, so let me explain your about the Eligibility Criteria for B.Tech admission is you should be Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with Physics, Mathematics and English) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPUNEST*that is university's eligibility and scholarship exam.
For a candidate, who has not studied English as a subject, the condition of English may be waived off provided the candidate in his qualifying exam has studied in English medium or an equivalent subject.

In my opinion, both the colleges are different and cannot be compared with one another. GLC has advantages of being in Mumbai but I feel ILS has better rankings. Faculty and alumni of both the colleges are good as both are very old colleges.
