Congratulations my friend if you are planning for engineering and also from lpu then yes you must be having a good choice and bright future, so let me explain your about the Eligibility Criteria for B.Tech admission is you should be Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with Physics, Mathematics and English) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPUNEST*that is university's eligibility and scholarship exam.

For a candidate, who has not studied English as a subject, the condition of English may be waived off provided the candidate in his qualifying exam has studied in English medium or an equivalent subject.

(5% relaxation to North-East states and Sikkim candidates or Defence Personnel and their Dependents or Wards of Kashmiri Migrants)

So For admission at LPU in B.Tech, university only considers overall percentage rather then pcm, you only have to be passed in your physics chemistry maths and English, so here you require 60% in class 12th, which is not being fulfilled, so you can not get admission in B.Tech. but if you belongs to North eastern states or have defence category then yes you can take admission but firstly you need to submit or mail your documents to the university for verification purpose and also you need to qualify Lpunest.
