Yes, core companies of IT like Microsoft, Google, etc. Mostly go online for recruitment. The process of recruitment varies from company to company,. For most of the companies, they are tied up with many universities and they conduct hackathons, students are shortlisted through these hackathons. There is level by level series of hackathons and competitions. After that students are also given different live projects. Final recruitment is done on the basis of all the event and interview after. But with all this I would advise choose a university that provide you complete assistance and even trains you for such hackathons. Being an A

Why do you waste the time this way? You already are a graduate and now you want to spend another 4-years doing another Bachelor's/ graduation degree. Better would be that you go for some good Masters course like MBA so that you are able to carve your career properly.
The admission to MBA is through tests like CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ GMAT etc., where you get admission in IIM, XLRI, etc. Other than these tests there are university specific tests conducted by various universities like Lovely Professional University, Manipal University, etc. for admission to various specialisations of MBA.
