You can surely opt for management studies after the diploma. And the above mentioned institute is not the only one. Better make an analysis of the available colleges and compare them according to their profiles.
Some good colleges and universities in india do offer MBA to diploma holders who have a Work experience of greater than 5 years.
You should look for the resources, training , infrastructure and most importantly the placements of the Management Institute/college in which you are to take admission in.
Also i would recommend you to first go for graduation and then opt for distance/regular MBA.

In order to take admission in Master of ERP in SAP you should have at least a Bachelors Degree in IT/Computer Science/Engineering or any equivalent qualification. The university does also accept students from non-IT background on a case-by-case basis.Applicants who have completed their first degree in English will be exempted from this requirement.The duration of the course is for a minimum of 12 months. You can definitely go for learning short time VLSI courses. These will add value to your profile and also help you get better placements in your core companies.
Also there is an option of proceeding for Embedded programming courses that are Linux based.

Since the medium of instruction in the international degree programmes is mainly english,you are not expected to have German language skills.Instead a proof of proficiency in english ,like IELTSor TOEFL,is often required.Neverthless the basic knowledge of german language will help u to interact with german students an to find a job.
