To be very frank, Most of the good B-Schools would require a Bachelors Degree to enter their MBA program, so to be eligible to do MBA I would suggest that you earn a graduation degree through correspondence and then go for MBA. However, there will be some of the private Institutes may accept your diploma as you have 5 Yrs of work experience. I would suggest you to send a mail to all the good B-schools and check with them individually if your diploma is acceptable or not.

There is an unlimited scope in Clinical Research with more and more CROs requiring professionals. Clinical research is the study of drugs and medicinal systems on humans, both patients and volunteers to find out both how safe it is as well as what its adverse effects are.
Even though you being from the BDS field,you can pursue a career in this field but then clinical research is mostly preferred by the Pharmacy students.

Going by my experience with Linux administration, i know doing RHCE only isn't sufficient for a decent job profile as companies working for linux development and linux applications are not many in IT market.
So For jobs in the market related to the same you should be doing following two more certifications:
1. CCNA/CCNP
2. MCSE
Do CCNA first and then go for MCSE
Then you will have the master combination of 3 i.e. RHCE+CCNA+MCSE and that counts a lot in the market and is one of the most reliable career option to start as network administrator.
