As you have already done M.Sc. if you want to pursue a career in the same field you can do Phd and go into research fields or you can appear for NET and get into teaching field, you can also opt for forest or civil services. Another option for you could be MBA in health care which will further open several opportunities.

You can opt for MCA if you are good and interested in further technical line like programming, networking and/or database mgt.
If you want to switch to management domain, you can opt for MBA.
Also you can pursue courses in parallel and there are a lot of options as i am listing below the most prominent ones from the job point of view:
1. Java/J2EE - The server side software development of web is mostly done by this most secure language option. Most of the banks in India and abroad implement their web applications using Java/J2EE only.
2. Oracle/Mysql/DB2/DBA - This is one of the most reliable course options but you will not g

Seneca looks for least 60% in 10th & 12th but you may try your luck coz you have very good marks in your +2. Apart from your academics you would need IETLS 6 minimum score or 6.5 if the entry requirement is high for your selected course. Also you may opt for another good options available who can accept you with your existing academic scores. Please note that last date to apply for visa is 1st Dec'10 for Jan'11 intake under SPP.
