As per the AIEEE 2011 bulletin, the eligibility criteria is as follows:
The minimum academic qualification for appearing is that the candidate must have passed 10+2 or its equivalent exam with 50% marks for general category candidates and 40% marks for reserved category candidates.

The packages are between 3lakhs and 7.2 lakhs p.a. The average package being 4.5 lakhs p.a. 90% students placed from 2009 batch.

Well it will actually depend in which subject you have done your B.ed, but seeing the most of the requirements in the schools these days, B.ed with some prior experience in teaching would be a good opportunity.
