Hi Chaitra, it will be difficult for anyone outside NUS to comment on a decision that is to be made by the faculty.
There are several factors taken into consideration while considering an application. The science and Engineering department of NUS accepts GATE scores, so if you have written one kindly send the scores along with your application. Also, taken into consideration will be how consistent your performance has been, the univ you completed BE in, backlogs if any, work ex if any SOP, LORs.
If the univ were to see only the percentage then you are eligible to apply with this percentage, but getting admission will depend on the facto
