hi rajwal,welcome to https://shiksha.coma dn ur asking about ms in abraod right let me explain and doing masters in abroad means which country ur planning? for computers united states and mostly canada is the best option and coming to universities u have write the exams like "gre" and "toefl" and for canada"ielts". so according to the score u get in that exams u have to select the universities and top universities means nothing but the oldest universities and bright students u better concentrate on ur studies and write that exams well then this universities will be the another option.all the best if u have any doughts call me:+91998997
