dear adilit is good you have passed 12th with commerce stream. you can take admission in BCA course too and B COM also
BCA is computer program based three years course. this course you can do . in this course you have to study mathematics numerical analysis vb unix c c++ software engineering different projects and all program language as java operating systemyou will have lot of computer application knowledge. after BCA you can opt for three years MCA course whose scope for jobs is very high. if you wants to do mca after any degree you will not be eligible as mathematics is compulsory in 12th . after doing BCA you are eligible for MCA. this is good chance to convert yourself in IT fields
there for my advice to complete BCA if you wants to work as IT field
