There are several modules been offered under the NCFM by NSE. Although it would be difficult to guide you accurately but then a beginner's guide will help you to understand the basic of financial market and stability of our economy and will help you to lay a base to a financial career.
As for a particular region is concerned, it will not be possible for me to give away any certain information but then there are many insurance organizations, banking firms and other financial institutions where in you can definitely get a benefit.

I agree getting it through to any Masters course is difficult when you have a paper pending, I would advise you to concentrate well on your back log so that you attain better score and are able to be eligible for MBA.

Although, NSHM is a decent Institute prvidin AICTE approved courses but, as far as the placements are concerned I would suggest you to visit the institute ones and interact with the current batch students and faculty members, also try to get the alumnae feedback on the programme you are planning to enroll for. Moreover, I would like to add here that your placement to a great extent would depend on your own performance on the programme and how you use the knowledge earned at the time of job interview.

There are many good universities in US and Canada offering various course at undergraduate level. In order to pursue undergraduate course in US and Canada, you need to have:
12 years of education with good academic background, preferably 60% plus in 12th.
Relevant 12th degree from recognized education board.
IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus, OR
TOEFL score of 80-90 plus.
SAT score of 1600 plus.
Universities in US and Canada have 2 admission intake in a year,namely:
Fall (August) intake.
Spring (January) intake.
